Our full coordination package is ideal for the bride and groom who wish to have us handle all aspects of their wedding from start to finish.
•Unlimited in-person meetings, email and telephone communication
throughout the entire planning process
•Initial meeting to establish style, vision, theme, décor, budget, etc.
•Assist in selecting ceremony and/or reception venue(s)
•Walk through at selected venue to finalize design, setup and layout
•Assist with menu selection and tasting
•Budget creation and management throughout planning process
•Liaison between vendors and bride & groom
•Provide vendor referrals to fit your wedding concept and budget
•Review vendor contracts before signing
•Advice on etiquette, traditions, customs and protocol
•Assemble and mail wedding invitations
•Track RSVP and E-RSVP responses (usage of P.O. box and email
address is available)
•Follow-up two (2) weeks before wedding with all vendors to ensure
fulfillment
•Complete wedding day management: oversee ceremony, reception,
vendors, guests
•Wedding rehearsal management with officiant, wedding party and
key family members
•Collect all key items at rehearsal for wedding day set-up
•Set-up of wedding key items: centerpieces, favors, guest book,
escort cards, etc.
•Create and oversee wedding day timeline
•Load all gifts from gift table to assigned vehicle/room after cake
cutting
•Distribute final vendor payments
•Wedding emergency kit on hand
